As a Patient Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for our patients and their families. You’ll help create a welcoming environment and make sure every visit starts with a positive experience. Responsibilities include:
Greeting and checking in patients
Scheduling appointments and managing phone calls
Verifying insurance and processing payments
Assisting with patient inquiries
